Theatre Performance

Barham is fortunate enough to be home to a thriving little theatre group made up of local talent from across the district.

Golden Rivers Theatre Group performs one major musical production each year and often follows it up with smaller-scale plays that have at times even been toured around the local region.

GRTG incorporates talent from Barham, Koondrook, Cohuna, Kerang and Moulamein and has developed a reputation for a strong and diverse programme of shows. It has grown from ‘just’ an amateur group to a locally recognised organisation that nurtures and encourages local talent and incorporates a wide range of members and audiences of ranging interests and ages. And with their newly developed performing arts pavilion they are sure to impress even the occasional theatre goer.

Be sure to follow their website for up-to-date show and performance information. www.grtg.com.au
